IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
After September 30th 2020 I am going to be taking a break from any new orders. I will be back in January 2021 to accept more orders. I need some time to redo the website, adjust inventory for options offered, and just take a mental and emotional break from the emotional toll that some of the keepsakes can bring.
So much has changed over the past year with COVID and business has been affected greatly. A lot of the small businesses I have used in the past to buy hardware from have closed down and I am unaware until someone orders that keepsake and I have to either find a solution or refund the order. Which is a headache for everyone involved. With more and more people being out of jobs there are less orders coming in and it costs a lot to keep a website up and running, so at this point even having the business open is hurting some months. I know a lot of you have your own small business and you understand where I am coming from.
Also, the kids are back in school it is challenging with trying to manage virtual schooling plus everything else I have going on with this business, my other business, and my job as an independent contractor so I need to take a step back from something so I can help my kids.
What does this mean if you have an open order?
If you have an open order then you are fine, I am not canceling or refunding orders that can still be completed. If you haven't sent in your keepsake items, please do so ASAP. My website is going to remain up, but you will not be able to checkout. The site will be more basic with information about closing and how to have your orders completed.
